  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a Crock Pot, combine potatoes, turkey bacon, and onion.
  2. Add chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or until potatoes are tender.
  4. Stir in heavy cream and cheddar cheese until melted and creamy.
  5. Serve hot, garnished with additional cheese if desired.
