Instructions

  2. Add the beef chuck roast to the mixture and cover.
  3. Cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours, until tender.
  4. Remove the meat and shred it, then return it to the slow cooker and mix well.
  5. Serve the shredded beef on sandwich rolls topped with provolone cheese.
