Instructions

  1. Wash and peel the potatoes, then cut them into cubes.

  3. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours until the potatoes are tender.
  4. Blend the soup partially with a blender for a creamier texture.
  5. Stir in the sour cream, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  6. Top with shredded cheddar cheese, turkey bacon, and green onions before serving.

Notes

  • For a vegetarian option, use vegetable broth and omit the turkey bacon.
