- 4 large russet potatoes
- 1 cup turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup chicken ham, diced
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- Wash and peel the potatoes, then cut them into cubes.
- In a crockpot, combine the potatoes, turkey bacon, chicken ham, onion, garlic, and chicken broth.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours until potatoes are tender.
- Once cooked, use a potato masher to mash the potatoes to your desired consistency.
