  • 4 large russet potatoes
  • 1 cup turkey bacon, diced
  • 1 cup chicken ham, diced
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup green onions, sliced

Instructions

  1. Peel and dice the russet potatoes and add them to the crockpot.
  2. Add the diced turkey bacon, chicken ham, and chopped onion.
  3. Pour the chicken broth over the ingredients.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until the potatoes are tender.
  5. Once cooked, mash some of the potatoes for a creamy texture.
  6. Stir in the heavy cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  7. Top with shredded cheddar cheese and green onions before serving.
