Crockpot Pierogi Casserole with Kielbasa

A warm and hearty dish that brings together the flavors of pierogi and kielbasa, perfect for a comforting meal.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound pierogi
  • 12 ounces kielbasa, sliced
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup chopped onions
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Layer half of the pierogi in the bottom of the crockpot.
  2. Add half of the kielbasa on top of the pierogi.
  3. Sprinkle half of the onions and garlic powder over the layers.
  4. Spread half of the sour cream and half of the cheese.
  5. Repeat the layers with the remaining ingredients.
  6. Top with the remaining cheese.
  7. Cook on low for 4-6 hours or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Notes

  • For a spicier kick, add crushed red pepper flakes.
  • This dish can be customized with your choice of vegetables.
