  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup cooked chicken ham, diced
  • 2 cups mixed greens
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup cucumber, diced
  • 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup olives, pitted and sliced
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then chop into small pieces.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, red onion, cucumber, feta cheese, and olives.
  3. Add the diced chicken ham and turkey bacon to the salad.
