- 1 pound beef, sliced thinly
- 8 ounces lo mein noodles
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
- 1 cup onion, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- 2 tablespoons green onions, chopped
- Cook the lo mein noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat sesame oil over medium-high heat.
- Add the beef and cook until browned; remove from skillet.
- In the same skillet, add garlic and ginger, sauté for 30 seconds.
- Add sliced bell peppers and onion, stir-fry until tender.
- Return the beef to the skillet and add soy sauce and oyster sauce, mixing well.
- Add the cooked lo mein noodles, tossing everything together to combine.
- Finish with chopped green onions before serving.
