- 8 ounces lo mein noodles
- 1 pound beef sirloin, sliced thin
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
- 1 cup carrots, julienned
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- 3 green onions, sliced
- Cook lo mein noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large pan, heat sesame oil over medium-high heat. Add the garlic and ginger, sautéing until fragrant.
- Add the beef sirloin and cook until browned. Remove from the pan and set aside.
- In the same pan, add the bell peppers and carrots. Cook for about 5 minutes until tender.
- Return the beef to the pan and add soy sauce and oyster sauce. Stir to combine.
- Finally, add the cooked noodles and green onions. Toss everything together and serve hot.
