  • 8 ounces lo mein noodles
  • 1 pound beef sirloin, sliced thin
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 cup carrots, julienned
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
  • 3 green onions, sliced

Instructions

  1. Cook lo mein noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large pan, heat sesame oil over medium-high heat. Add the garlic and ginger, sautéing until fragrant.
  3. Add the beef sirloin and cook until browned. Remove from the pan and set aside.
  4. In the same pan, add the bell peppers and carrots. Cook for about 5 minutes until tender.
  5. Return the beef to the pan and add soy sauce and oyster sauce. Stir to combine.
  6. Finally, add the cooked noodles and green onions. Toss everything together and serve hot.

Notes

  • For a spicier kick, add red pepper flakes.
