- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 3/4 cup warm water
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 packet yeast
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup marinara sauce

- In a bowl, combine warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes until frothy.
- In a separate bowl, mix flour and salt. Add the yeast mixture and olive oil.
- Knead the dough for about 5 minutes until smooth and elastic.

- Preheat the oven to 475°F (245°C).
- Roll out the dough and cut into circles.
- Spread ricotta cheese and mozzarella on one half, then add marinara sauce and sprinkle with Italian seasoning.
- Fold the dough over and seal the edges.
- Place calzones on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
