  • 6 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 can (15 oz) kidney beans
  • 1 can (15 oz) diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup onion, chopped
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 2 tablespoons chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the elbow macaroni according to package instructions.
  2. In a large skillet, cook turkey bacon until crispy, then remove and crumble.
  3. Add onion to the skillet and sauté until translucent.
  4. Stir in cooked macaroni, kidney beans, diced tomatoes, beef broth, and spices.
  5. Let simmer for 15 minutes and serve topped with crumbled turkey bacon.
