  • 3/4 cup milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Add the cold butter and use a fork or pastry cutter to combine until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  4. Make a well in the center, and pour in the milk. Stir gently until just combined.
  5. Turn the dough out onto a floured surface and knead gently.
  6. Roll out to about 1-inch thickness and cut with a biscuit cutter.
  7. Place on a baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
