Easy Mini Dutch Baby Pancakes

Delicious and easy-to-make mini Dutch baby pancakes topped with crispy turkey bacon and fresh berries.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup milk
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 1 cup fresh berries (mixed)
  • 6 slices turkey bacon

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a bowl, whisk together the flour, milk, eggs, salt, and sugar until smooth.
  3. In a cast iron skillet, melt the butter over medium heat, then pour the batter into the skillet.
  4. Bake for 20 minutes, until puffed and golden brown.
  5. Meanwhile, cook the turkey bacon in a separate pan until crispy.
  6. Once the pancakes are done, remove them from the oven and top with bacon and fresh berries.
  7. Serve immediately.

Notes

  • Can substitute regular bacon for turkey bacon if preferred.
  • Serve with maple syrup for added sweetness.
