Fall Bruschetta: Easy Turkey Bacon & Chicken Ham Delight

Fall Bruschetta

A delicious combination of turkey bacon and chicken ham with a fall twist!

Ingredients

  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 4 slices chicken ham
  • 1 baguette, sliced
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic glaze

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the turkey bacon in a pan until crispy, then set aside.
  3. In the same pan, lightly toast the baguette slices.
  4. Layer the chicken ham and mozzarella cheese on top of the toasted baguette.
  5. Crumble the turkey bacon over the cheese.
  6. Bake in the oven for 10 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
  7. Remove from oven, drizzle with balsamic glaze, and sprinkle fresh basil.

Notes

  • For a vegetarian option, you can substitute turkey bacon with a plant-based alternative.
