  • 4 cups diced potatoes
  • 1 cup diced turkey bacon
  • 1 cup diced chicken ham
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/2 cup chopped onions
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the diced potatoes, turkey bacon, chicken ham, and onions.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
  4. Pour the egg mixture over the potato mixture and mix well.
  5. Transfer the mixture into a greased casserole dish and top with shredded cheese.
  6. Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until the eggs are set and the top is golden brown.

Notes

  • For a vegetarian option, you can skip the meats and add more vegetables.
