  • 1 pound boneless chicken thighs
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup bourbon
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 2 green onions, chopped

Instructions

  1. Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces and marinate with soy sauce, brown sugar, bourbon, vinegar, garlic, and ginger for at least 30 minutes.
