  • 1 pound chicken thighs
  • 6 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup onions, chopped
  • 2 cups mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add chopped onions and mushrooms, sauté until tender.
  4. Add chicken thighs, broth, spices, and bring to a simmer.
  5. Transfer to a casserole dish, add broccoli and crumbled turkey bacon.
  6. Top with shredded cheese and bake for 25-30 minutes.
