Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 5-10 minutes until frothy.
  2. In a larger bowl, combine flour and salt. Add the yeast mixture and melted butter.
  3. Knead the dough for about 10 minutes until smooth.
  4. Place dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let it rise for 1 hour.
  5. Punch down the dough and shape it into rolls. Place on a baking sheet.
  6. Mix garlic and parsley with melted butter. Brush over the rolls.
  7. Let rolls rise for another 30 minutes.
