  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 packet instant yeast
  • 3/4 cup warm water
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the flour, garlic powder, salt, sugar, and instant yeast.
  2. Add the warm water and melted butter, mixing until a dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise for 1 hour.
  5. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  6. Punch down the dough and shape it into rolls.
  7. Place the rolls on a baking sheet and let them rise for an additional 30 minutes.
  8. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  9. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.

  • For extra garlic flavor, add minced garlic to the melted butter before brushing.
