  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 ½ cups warm water
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, chopped

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes until frothy.
  2. Add flour, salt, and 2 tablespoons of olive oil to the yeast mixture. Mix until a dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough for about 10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  4. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let it rise for 1-2 hours until doubled in size.
  5. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  6. Punch down the risen dough and spread it onto a greased baking sheet.
