Ingredients

  • 2 pounds pork tenderloin
  • 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons fresh ginger, grated
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix lime juice, soy sauce, ginger, garlic, honey, and olive oil.
  2. Place the pork tenderloin in a resealable bag and pour the marinade over it.
  3. Seal the bag and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight for best flavor.
  4. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  5. Remove the pork from the marinade and grill for about 20-25 minutes, turning occasionally, until the internal temperature reaches 145°F.
  6. Let the pork rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
