A wholesome and easy family dinner featuring ground turkey, rice, and fresh vegetables.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 cup bell peppers, chopped
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add garlic and ginger, sauté until fragrant.
  3. Stir in ground turkey and cook until browned.
  4. Add bell peppers and broccoli, pour soy sauce over and stir to combine.
  5. Cook for an additional 5 minutes until vegetables are tender.
  6. Serve over cooked rice.
