  • 2 cups crushed corn flakes
  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine almond butter, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, and sea salt until smooth.
  2. Fold in the crushed corn flakes until well-coated.
  3. Line a baking dish with parchment paper and press the mixture evenly into the dish.
  4. Melt dark chocolate chips with coconut oil in a microwave or double boiler until smooth.
  5. Pour melted chocolate over the cornflake mixture and spread evenly.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until firm. Cut into bars and enjoy!
