  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Press the tofu to remove excess moisture, then cut into slices.
  3. In a bowl, mix olive oil, soy sauce, dried oregano, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, parsley, lemon juice, and salt.
  4. Toss the tofu slices in the marinade, ensuring they are well-coated.
  5. Place the marinated tofu on a baking sheet and roast for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  6. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
