  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 4 strips turkey bacon
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup chopped green onions
  • 3 cups French fries
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Crumble the turkey bacon into a skillet and cook until crispy.
  3. In the same skillet, add the ground beef and cook until browned.
  4. Stir in the ranch seasoning, black pepper, and cook for another 2 minutes.
  5. Layer the French fries on a baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes.
  6. Remove fries from oven and top with beef mixture, cheddar cheese, and cooked turkey bacon.
  7. Return to oven and bake until cheese is melted, about 5-7 minutes.
  8. Top with sour cream and green onions before serving.

Notes

  • For a spicier kick, add jalapeños to the toppings.
  • You can substitute ground turkey for beef if preferred.
