  • 1 cup diced chicken ham
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 4 cups cubed day-old bread
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (e.g., cheddar)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add the diced chicken ham and sauté for a few minutes.
  4. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  5. Stir in the cubed bread and the cooked meats, then mix in the cheese.
  6. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  7. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until the casserole is set and golden brown on top.
  8. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
