  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix the pumpkin puree, maple syrup, brown sugar, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until combined. Fold in the chocolate chips.
  5. Drop spoonfuls of the batter onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the edges are golden.
  7. Allow to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
