  • 1 cup fresh spinach
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, cook the turkey bacon over medium heat until crispy.
  2. Add the diced vegetables and cook until softened.
  3. Stir in the garlic and Italian seasoning, cooking for another minute.
  4. Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a boil.
  5. Add the pasta and cook until al dente.
