  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
  • 4 cups cooked rice
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cup carrots, sliced
  • 2 green onions, chopped

Instructions

  1. Marinate the steak in soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Heat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat and cook the steak for 5-7 minutes on each side for medium rare.
  3. Let the steak rest before slicing thinly.
