Korean Fried Chicken Air Fryer

  • 2 pounds chicken wings
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 cup Korean gochujang sauce

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix flour, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and cayenne.
  2. Coat the chicken wings in the flour mixture.
  3. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  4. Place the wings in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  5. Cook for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  6. Toss the wings in gochujang sauce before serving.

Notes

  • For extra crispiness, let the wings rest for 30 minutes before cooking.
