  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon ginger powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon gochujang (Korean chili paste)
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine chicken wings with garlic powder, ginger powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together flour and cornstarch.
  3. Coat the chicken wings with the flour mixture, shaking off excess.
  4. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  5. Place the chicken wings in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  6. Air fry for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through until crispy and cooked through.
  7. In a small bowl, mix gochujang, soy sauce, and sesame oil.
  8. Toss the cooked wings in the sauce until well coated.

Notes

  • For extra crispiness, lightly spray the wings with cooking oil before air frying.
