- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 onion chopped
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons gochujang
- 2 carrots sliced
- 2 potatoes diced
- 2 green onions chopped
