- 2 cups butternut squash, pureed
- 2 cups carrots, grated
- 12 lasagna noodles
- 2 cups ricotta cheese
- 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, combine sweet potato, butternut squash, and carrots.
- In another bowl, mix ricotta cheese, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and basil.
- Spread a layer of marinara sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
