  • 1 teaspoon dried lavender

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter; press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  4. Add sour cream, eggs, lemon juice, lemon zest, and lavender; mix until fully combined.
  5. Pour filling over the crust.
  6. Bake for 50-60 minutes until the center is set.
