  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 3 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped

Instructions

  1. Peel and dice the potatoes.
