2 large potatoes
1 cup cooked turkey bacon, chopped
1 cup diced chicken ham
1 cup shredded cheese
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup green onions, chopped
1 teaspoon paprika
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
Wash and pierce the potatoes with a fork. Bake them for about 45 minutes until tender.
Once baked, remove potatoes from the oven and let cool slightly before cutting them open.
In a bowl, mix together turkey bacon, chicken ham, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Layer the potato base with the meat mixture, followed by shredded cheese.
Return to the oven for an additional 10-15 minutes until the cheese is melted.
Top with sour cream and green onions before serving.
