Louisiana Voodoo Fries

Experience the bold flavors of Louisiana with a twist on classic fries featuring turkey bacon.

  • 4 large russet potatoes
  • 4 ounces turkey bacon
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons Cajun seasoning
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • ¼ cup green onions, chopped
  • ½ cup sour cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Cut the russet potatoes into fries.
  3. Toss the fries in olive oil and Cajun seasoning.
  4. Spread the fries on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes.
  5. In the last 10 minutes of baking, add the turkey bacon to the baking sheet.
  6. Once fries are golden brown, remove from oven, top with cheese and allow it to melt.
  7. Garnish with green onions and serve with sour cream.

Notes

  • For extra spice, add jalapeños or hot sauce to the toppings.
  • Feel free to swap out turkey bacon for regular bacon.
