1 pound ground turkey
8 strips turkey bacon
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped bell pepper
4 large eggs
1 cup heavy cream
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove, crumble, and set aside.
In the same skillet, cook the ground turkey until no longer pink. Drain any fat.
In a large bowl, combine cooked turkey, bacon, cheddar cheese, onion, bell pepper, eggs, heavy cream, garlic powder, and paprika. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Pour the mixture into a greased casserole dish.
Bake for 30-35 minutes or until set and golden on top.
Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
