A delicious and easy recipe for a low-carb bacon cheeseburger casserole, perfect for quick meals.

  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 8 strips turkey bacon
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup chopped bell pepper
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove, crumble, and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, cook the ground turkey until no longer pink. Drain any fat.
  4. In a large bowl, combine cooked turkey, bacon, cheddar cheese, onion, bell pepper, eggs, heavy cream, garlic powder, and paprika. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Pour the mixture into a greased casserole dish.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until set and golden on top.
  7. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
