  • 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
  • 3 tablespoons za’atar spice blend
  • 1/4 cup olive oil

  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Rinse and drain the beans.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the chickpeas, black beans, cucumber, bell pepper, and red onion.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the za’atar, olive oil, lemon juice, and salt.
