- 4 large tortillas
- 1 cup turkey bacon, cooked and chopped
- 1 cup chicken ham, diced
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 cup spinach, chopped
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add onions and bell peppers; sauté until soft.
- Layer turkey bacon, chicken ham, spinach, and cheese on half of each tortilla.
- Fold tortillas and cook in the pan until golden brown on both sides.
- Cut into wedges and serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
