- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 1 cup diced chicken ham
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can (28 ounces) crushed tomatoes
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 8 ounces lasagna noodles, broken
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- In a large pot, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside.
- In the same pot, add onions and garlic, and sauté until soft.
- Add the diced chicken ham and cook for a few minutes.

- Add the broken lasagna noodles and Italian seasoning, then simmer until the noodles are tender.
- Stir in the ricotta and mozzarella cheese, mixing until melted and creamy.
- Top with fresh basil and chopped turkey bacon before serving.

- For a vegetarian option, omit the turkey bacon and chicken ham.
