One Pot Creamy Garlic Pasta

A deliciously creamy pasta dish made in one pot with turkey bacon and chicken ham.

  • 8 ounces pasta of your choice
  • 4 slices turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1 cup chicken ham, diced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups vegetable broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped turkey bacon and cook until crispy.
  2. Add the minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Stir in the diced chicken ham and sauté for a few minutes.
  4. Add the pasta and vegetable broth, bring to a boil, then reduce heat to a simmer.
  5. Cook the pasta until al dente, about 10-12 minutes.
  6. Stir in the heavy cream and grated Parmesan cheese until smooth and creamy.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

  • For extra creaminess, add more cheese.
  • Can substitute turkey bacon with regular bacon if preferred.
