One Pot Creamy Vegetable Soup

Ingredients

  • 2 cups vegetable broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup chopped carrots
  • 1 cup chopped celery
  • 1 cup diced potatoes
  • 1 cup frozen peas
  • 2 cloves minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Sauté garlic in a large pot until fragrant.
  2. Add the chopped vegetables and sauté for a few minutes.
  3. Pour in the vegetable broth and bring to a boil.
