- 12 ounces kielbasa sausage
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 bell pepper (any color), chopped
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 12 ounces uncooked pasta
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- Fresh parsley for garnish
- In a large pot over medium heat, add olive oil and kielbasa. Cook until browned, about 5 minutes.
- Add the onion, garlic, and bell pepper; cook until soft.
