One Pot Kielbasa Pasta

  • 12 ounces kielbasa sausage
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 bell pepper (any color), chopped
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 12 ounces uncooked pasta
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large pot over medium heat, add olive oil and kielbasa. Cook until browned, about 5 minutes.
  2. Add the onion, garlic, and bell pepper; cook until soft.
  3. Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a boil.
  4. Add uncooked pasta and Italian seasoning. Stir well.
  5. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer until pasta is al dente, about 10 minutes.
  6. Stir in the heavy cream and parmesan cheese. Cook until heated through.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
