Oven Fried Feta Rolls

Oven Fried Feta Rolls are a delightful combination of crispy outer layers and warm, gooey feta cheese, making them perfect for a comforting snack or appetizer.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup feta cheese
  • 1 sheet phyllo dough
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix feta cheese, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Lay out a sheet of phyllo dough and brush lightly with olive oil.
  4. Place a spoonful of the feta mixture at one end of the dough.
  5. Roll the phyllo dough tightly around the filling and seal the edges.
  6. Brush the top of the rolls with olive oil.
  7. Place the rolls on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
