Pizza Style Cottage Cheese Bake

  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup pepperoni slices
  • 1/2 cup sliced bell peppers

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine cottage cheese, mozzarella cheese, pizza sauce, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread half of the mixture in a greased baking dish.
  4. Add a layer of pepperoni slices and sliced bell peppers.
  5. Top with the remaining cheese mixture and sprinkle with extra cheese if desired.
  6. Bake for 25–30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
  7. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

  • For a vegetarian option, skip the pepperoni and add extra vegetables.
