- 4 cups peeled and diced potatoes
- 1 cup chopped turkey bacon
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika

- In a large pot, cook turkey bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and set aside.
- In the same pot, add onions and garlic, cooking until soft.
- Add diced potatoes and chicken broth, bringing to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer until potatoes are tender.

- Stir in heavy cream, salt, pepper, and paprika. Heat through.
