  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 strips turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/2 cup chicken ham, diced

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then remove and set aside.
  2. Sauté the onion and garlic in the remaining bacon fat until translucent.
  3. Add the diced potatoes and chicken broth to the pot; bring to a boil.

  6. Stir in the heavy cream, salt, pepper, thyme, and chicken ham; heat through.
