Potsticker Noodle Bowl

A delicious and comforting recipe that brings the flavors of potstickers to a noodle bowl.

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces rice noodles
  • 1 pound ground pork
  • 2 cups chopped napa cabbage
  • 1 carrot, shredded
  • 3 green onions, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Cook the rice noodles according to package instructions.
  2. In a large skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium heat.
  3. Add ground pork and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Add garlic, ginger, and cook for another minute.
  5. Stir in napa cabbage, carrots, and green onions. Cook until veggies are tender.
  6. Mix in soy sauce and sesame oil.
  7. Toss cooked noodles with the pork and veggie mixture until well combined.
  8. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes

  • Feel free to add other vegetables like bell peppers or snap peas.
  • For a spicy kick, add some red pepper flakes.
