  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 pound ground pork
  • 2 cups chopped napa cabbage
  • 3 green onions, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 inch ginger, grated
  • 6 cups chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 package potstickers
  • 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 cup bok choy, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons cilantro, chopped

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, heat sesame oil over medium heat.
  2. Add ground pork and cook until browned.
  3. Add napa cabbage, green onions, garlic, and ginger; sauté for another 5 minutes.
  4. Pour in chicken broth and soy sauce, bring to a boil.
  5. Add potstickers and mushrooms, simmer for 10 minutes.
  6. Stir in bok choy and cilantro just before serving.

Notes

  • For a spicier kick, add some red pepper flakes.
  • This soup can be frozen for later use.
